tatsumi port island is an isolated city within the island nation of japan. not many reside in the city, much less heard of it. it is a quiet little place… during the day, at least; it is a place ruled by a sickly green moon, not the rising sun.
the dark hour. tartarus. shadows. persona. words and incoherent phrases connected to an invisible past long buried under propaganda, deceit, and insanity – nothing is what it seems to be. there is good, evil, and in between, they all co-exist in one instance. will you seek the truth of the past, purge the present, or mar the future?
