JUTSU LIMIT SYSTEM !

You’re probably wondering how many Jutsu you’re allowed pertaining to rank when you join here. It’s quite simple to be frank, even though it’s an intricate topic. We’ve broken it down into the plainest of words for you. We hope it’s understandable and if not…then feel free to ask questions about it.
Notes: 1.] Even though all ranks but Genin give you the option to have more then one release element does not mean you have to pick more than one release element. In fact you don’t have to have a release element.
2.] The limits in this thread are the set limit of the amount of Jutsu you can have when you first join! The limit is not a set limit of how many Jutsu you can have later on. You can be a Genin with 20 C and D Rank Jutsu if you want by later purchasing Jutsu with your earned XP.
3.] When first applying this is the only time we will allow you to create free custom Jutsu to fill your Jutsu openings. Whether they'd be Jutsu for a Kekkei Genkai your making, or a clan, or plain Jutsu. From then on all other wanted custom Jutsu must be purchased with XP.
GENIN RANK ! [ D-C Rank. ]
Releases Allowed: 1.
Auto Know: All Academy Techs.
Jutsu Allowed: As a Genin you’re allowed to have a limit of 6 Jutsu. These 6 Jutsu do not include all the Auto Learned Academy Jutsu. You get to pick another 6 Jutsu from the D and C Rank Jutsu.
CHUUNIN RANK ! [ D-B Rank. ]
Releases Allowed: 2.
Auto Know: All Academy Techs.
Jutsu Allowed: As a Chuunin you’re allowed to have a limit of 12 Jutsu. These 12 Jutsu do not include all the Auto Learned Academy Jutsu. You get to pick another 12 Jutsu from the D, C, and B Rank Jutsu.
Note: Only 4 of the 12 Jutsu may be B rank Jutsu.
JONIN RANK ! [ D-A Rank. ]
Releases Allowed: 2.
Auto Know: All Academy Techs.
Jutsu Allowed: As a Jonin you’re allowed to have a limit of 18 Jutsu. These 18 Jutsu do not include all the Auto Learned Academy Jutsu. You get to pick another 18 Jutsu from the D, C, B, and A Rank Jutsu.
Note: Only 4 of the 18 Jutsu may be A rank Jutsu.
SPECIAL JONIN RANK ! [ D-S Rank. ]
Releases Allowed: 3.
Auto Know: All Academy Techs.
Jutsu Allowed: As a Special Jonin you’re allowed to have a limit of 20 Jutsu. These 20 Jutsu do not include all the Auto Learned Academy Jutsu. You get to pick another 20 Jutsu from the D, C, B, A, and S Rank Jutsu.
Note: Only 2 of the 20 Jutsu may be S rank Jutsu.
KAGE RANK ! [ D-S Rank. ]
Releases Allowed: 4.
Auto Know: All Academy Techs.
Jutsu Allowed: As a Kage you’re allowed to have a limit of 25 Jutsu. These 25 Jutsu do not include all the Auto Learned Academy Jutsu. You get to pick another 25 Jutsu from the D, C, B, A, and S Rank Jutsu.
Note: Only 5 of the 25 Jutsu may be S rank Jutsu.
