INTRODUCTION !
Once you've chosen the path of becoming a shinobi responsibility comes with it. You've probably chose this route because you wish to come face to face with problematic situations that will allow you to prove yourself to the world, or you just like the fact of helping people and getting an adrenaline rush. These aren't all the reasons but some of the most common.
Fact is, with being a shinobi missions and teams comes with it. After one passes the Ninja Academy they get placed into a team and from then on, day in and day out, are required to complete any tasks, or missions thrown at them no matter the quality or intensity that ensues it.
Then on the other hand when you become of the appropriate age and level you may be promoted to a Sensei. Teams consist of three students and a Sensei in order for them to work properly in a whole. Without these two vital elements teams would be nothing but a complete blow out.
HOW TEAMS WORK !
After you've made a character, and had him or her accepted into Love Me Dead we REQUIRE that you sign up for a team. Only exception to go without signing up on a team would be that you’re a Missing-Nin. Even ANBU, Special Jonin, and high ranking characters still can complete missions on a team, even though they primarily complete missions on their own assigned by the Kage of their village. Without being on a team, there is no way you can complete missions to get the needed EXP needed to gain rank or get more jutsus and techniques.
With that being said in order to sign up for a team you will need to visit the teams ! board and fill out an application to join a team. No you do not get to pick and choose what team you will be on, Sensei's get the priviledge of doing this. Senseis will regularly review this board and pick their own team members. Once you've been picked by a Sensei you will then have your official team and may carry out missions.
